羽毛球运动老少皆宜,受众的范围较为广泛,它不仅能够提高人们的体能,对于促进人们身心健康也是极为有利的。目前,羽毛球运动项目在高校得到了普及,而且受到了学生们的欢迎。高校在开展羽毛球运动过程中,也运用多球练习的方式,以期能够提高学生们的体能,提高学生身体素质。本文主要从多球练习方法分析、对体能的影响、普及方法的建议三个方面加以展开。
