联邦德国的金属热处理技术比较先进,有些新工艺是由他们开创并发展的,下面扼要介绍作者在联邦德国所了解的部分情况。一、无污染盐浴氮碳共渗七十年代初,德固沙公司发展了在盐浴中不用氰化物以及处理旧盐的方法,即Tenifer新法,又称TFI法。这种方法简化了盐浴氮碳共渗工艺,保证了良好的产品质量。 TFI新法在处理一段时间后,盐浴中添加REGI(即Regenerafor)的物质,它是含C、N、H等的人造有机化合物。REGI的加入,使盐浴中部分碳酸盐重新形成氰酸盐,使旧盐更新。加入的TFI基本盐和REGI都不含氰化物。在生产过程中,盐浴成份中的氰酸根要求控制到(CNO~-)33~38%,氰化物(CN~-)<2.5~3%。为此在处理24h后,一般需补充0.6~0.8%REGI,这时盐浴容积不变。
