一夏家店下层文化是以朝阳、赤峰地区为中心的青铜时代的考古学文化,1960年通过赤峰药王庙和夏家店遗址的发掘得以命名,年代上大体与二里头和二里岗文化相当。其分布范围是以赤峰、朝阳地区为中心,包括辽西山地地区和壶流河、永定河、海河以北的京津地区。由于分布范围广泛,燕山南北的夏家店下层文化遗存面貌上存在差异,因此学术界目前存在着两种不同的认识:一种是认为以上地区是同一种考古学文化,地方 A Xiajiadian lower culture is the bronze age archeology culture centering on the sun and the Chifeng area.
