目的:比较不同植物油对生长发育和急性耐缺氧能力的影响。方法:将汉麻油、棕果油、菜籽油加入饲料,喂养小鼠4周,观察动物摄食与体重变化,以密闭缺氧实验检测急性耐缺氧能力,解剖取主要脏器并称重。结果:菜籽油组动物体重增长、肝脏和肾脏指数显著小于其它组,粗汉麻油组和菜籽油组动物密闭缺氧生存时间显著长于精制汉麻油组和棕果油组。结论:不同植物油不仅对生长发育有一定影响,而且对急性耐缺氧能力也有明显影响,其有效成分值得深入研究。
Objective: To compare the effects of different vegetable oils on growth and development and acute hypoxia tolerance. Methods: The hemp oil, palm oil and rapeseed oil were added to the feed for 4 weeks to observe the changes of food intake and body weight. The acute hypoxia tolerance was tested by closed hypoxia test. The main organs were dissected and weighed. Results: The body weight, liver and kidney index of the rapeseed oil group were significantly less than those of the other groups. The animals in the crude sesame oil group and the rapeseed oil group had significantly longer survival time than those of the refined sesame oil group and the palm oil group. Conclusion: Different vegetable oils not only have some effects on the growth and development, but also have significant effects on acute hypoxia tolerance. The active ingredients deserve further study.
