目的分析吉林省食品中分离的单核细胞增生李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes,LM)的脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)型别,探讨吉林省食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染的同源性。方法将市售熟制米面制品、熟肉制品、中式凉拌菜和即食非发酵豆制品中分离出的39株单核细胞增生李斯特菌进行PFGE分子分型,BioNumerics version软件分析比较同源性。结果 39株单核细胞增生李斯特菌的PFGE结果主要分为6大群,其中1群包括6株,相似度为86.0%以上;2群包括16株,分为2个亚群,2A亚群包括7株,相似度为94.1%以上,2B亚群9株,相似度为74.8%;3群包括3株,相似度为80.0%以上;4群包括14株,亦分为4个亚群;5群包括3株,相似度为85.7%以上;6群包括1株,相似度为63.3%以上。结论吉林省食品中的LM来源于不同的克隆株,但部分LM有不同程度的相关性;PFGE是分析LM同源性的有效方法,对LM的流行趋势、分布特点和分子流行病学研究具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the PFGE patterns of Listeria monocytogenes (LM) isolated from food in Jilin Province, and to explore the homology of Listeria monocytogenes contamination in Jilin Province food . METHODS: Thirty-nine Listeria monocytogenes isolated from commercial cooked rice products, cooked meat products, Chinese salad and non-fermented soy products were genotyped by PFGE and analyzed by BioNumerics version software. Results The results of PFGE of 39 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were divided into 6 groups, including 6 strains in 1 group and 86.0% in similarity. Group 2 consisted of 16 strains divided into 2 subgroups, including subgroup 2A 7 strains with similarity of 94.1%, 9 strains of 2B subgroup and 74.8% similarity, 3 strains of 3 strains including 3 strains with similarity above 80.0%, 4 groups including 14 strains and 4 subgroups. The group includes 3 strains, the similarity is above 85.7%; 6 groups include 1 strain, the similarity is above 63.3%. Conclusion LM in food of Jilin Province originated from different clonal strains, but some LM have different degrees of correlation. PFGE is an effective method to analyze LM homology. The trend, distribution characteristics and molecular epidemiology of LM have Significance.
