本文报告鼻腔鼻窦乳头状瘤电镜观察。在肿瘤细胞特别是基底细胞中可见有不同时期的核分裂相,胞浆中有线粒体、粗面内质网、丰富的游离核糖体、溶酶体和成束的张力原纤维。通过对上皮—基质交界面的详细电镜观察,更发现基底细胞胞浆成伪足状向基质突出,并围以基底膜。光镜下基底膜均示完整,但在电镜下可见基底膜结构模糊、发育不良甚至中断,这可认为肿瘤细胞在适当条件下,侵袭穿过有病变的基底膜进入基质,从而引起临床的复发和癌变。
This article reports electron microscope observation of nasal papillary sinus papillary tumors. In the tumor cells, especially basal cells, there are different phases of mitotic facies, mitochondria in the cytoplasm, rough endoplasmic reticulum, abundant free ribosomes, lysosomes, and bundles of tension fibrils. Through detailed electron microscopy observations of the epithelial-matrix interface, it was found that the cytoplasm of the basal cells protruded into the pseudopodia toward the stroma and surrounded the basement membrane. Under the light microscope, the basement membranes are shown intact, but under the electron microscope, the basement membrane structure is fuzzy, poorly developed or even interrupted. It can be considered that under appropriate conditions, the tumor cells invade through the diseased basement membrane and enter the matrix, causing clinical recurrence. And cancerous.
