通过研究加热温度和冷却速度对 4 5Mn V非调质钢组织和性能的影响 ,得出该钢种在有锻造加工时其临界晶粒长大温度比无锻造时高 150℃左右 ;冷却方式为单件空冷。研究结果为该钢种的实际应用奠定了理论基础
The effects of heating temperature and cooling rate on the microstructure and properties of 45Mn non-quenched and tempered steel were studied. The results show that the critical grain growth temperature of this steel is about 150 ℃ higher than that of forging when it is forging. The cooling mode is Single cooling. The research results laid a theoretical foundation for the practical application of the steel
