目的:探讨全膝关节置换治疗膝骨性关节炎伴膝内翻畸形的临床效果。方法:抽取2019年1月至2020年1月济宁医学院附属湖西医院收治的120例膝骨性关节炎伴膝内翻畸形患者为研究对象。所有患者均进行全膝关节置换治疗。比较患者手术前后的相关指标及生活质量。结果:治疗后随访(10.85±6.56)个月，患者术后下肢髋膝踝角、股骨远端外侧角、胫骨近端内侧角、关节活动度等指标均改善，美国膝关节协会评分(KSS)临床评分、KSS功能评分及美国特种外科医院膝关节评分均提高(n P均<0.05)。术后，患者各维度生活质量量表评分较术前提高，差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:对膝骨性关节炎伴膝内翻畸形患者应用全膝关节置换治疗可改善膝关节的关节活动度及功能，提高患者生活质量，应用效果良好，安全性高。“,”Objective:To observe the effects of total knee arthroplasty on patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated by genu varum.Methods:A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis complicated by genu verum treated in Huxi Hospital Affiliated to Jining Medical College from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research objects. All patients underwent total knee arthroplasty. The relevant indicators and quality of life before and after the operation were compared between the two groups.Results:All patients were followed up for (10.85±6.56) months after the operation. After the operation, the hip-knee-ankle angle, mechanical lateral distalfemur angle, mechanical medial proximal tibial angle, range of motion were significantly improved, and the American Knee Society (KSS) clinical score, KSS function score and hospital for special surgery knee score were significantly improved (all n P<0.05). After treament, the quality of life scores of all dimensions of the patients were significantly improved, compared with the preoperative values (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Total knee arthroplasty for knee osteoarthritis patients with genu varum can improve the range of motion and function of the knee joint, and improve the quality of life of the patients. The application effect is good, and it has high safety.
