观察抗癌药物对转录活性的影响具有重要的意义,所以建立了小鼠肝细胞核和小鼠HepA腹水型肝癌(简称HepA)细胞核的体外转录系统,并观察了一些抗癌药物包括中药制剂,对两种细胞核转录活性的影响。结果表明,细胞核体外转录系统是可靠的,可以作为观察药物对转录活性影响的有效工具。10-羟基喜树硷可能作用于DNA分子的某些特异部位而抑制转录活性;氯化花椒硷对核内依赖于DNA的RNA聚合酶Ⅰ具有选择性抑制作用。
Therefore, it is important to observe the effect of anticancer drugs on transcriptional activity.
