通过尾水渠下游护岸边坡锚杆4种工艺性试验及抗拉拔力试验初步研究了松散地层(主要含砂卵砾层、碎石夹泥层、孤石层)中合适的注浆施工工艺,试验结果表明,膏浆锚杆的单位耗浆量最低,整体密实度较好,拉拔力较高,施工质量满足设计要求。通过试验及工程施工证明,该技术符合质量可靠、经济合理的原则,可在类似地基中推广应用。
Through the four kinds of technological tests and anti-pull-out tests, the suitable grouting in loose stratum (mainly sand-containing gravel layer, crushed gravel layer and boulder layer) The test results show that the unit slurry consumption of the slurry bolt is the lowest, the overall compactness is good, the drawing force is high, and the construction quality meets the design requirements. Through tests and construction shows that the technology is in line with reliable quality, economic and reasonable principles, and can be applied in similar ground.
