人工热习服大多采用炎热环境件条下,多次连续性地强体力劳动。因大量出汗,机体将丢失较多的水份和无机盐。若不及时补充,将导致机体缺水、缺盐,进而影响循环、出汗及体温调节等机能。鉴于目前国内有关整个热习服过程中水盐代谢规律研究的报道较少,为此,我们对热习服过程中水和钾、钠、钙、镁等离子的代谢规律进行了一些观察,并着重分析了饮水与出汗对各种生理反应的改善作用。
Most artificial heat suits the use of hot conditions under the article, many times to work hard. Due to a large number of sweating, the body will lose more water and inorganic salts. If not promptly added, will lead to body water shortage, salt, and thus affect the circulation, sweating and body temperature regulation and other functions. In view of the fact that there are few reports on the regulation of water and salt metabolism in the whole process of thermal acclimation in our country, we have made some observations on the metabolism of water and potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium ions in the course of thermal acclimatization. The effects of drinking water and sweating on various physiological responses were analyzed.
