喷雾干燥是应用广泛的重要化工单元操作,喷雾干燥过程中热风的直接排放不仅造成热量损失也给环境带来不利影响。热管技术是一种新型的高效传热技术。本文对喷雾干燥技术及热管技术的特点及应用现状作一简述,并论述将热管技术应用于中小型喷雾干燥设备废热回用的可行性。 Spray drying is a widely used and important chemical unit operation. The direct discharge of hot blast during spray drying not only causes heat loss but also adversely affects the environment. Heat pipe technology is a new type of efficient heat transfer technology. In this paper, the characteristics of spray drying technology and heat pipe technology and its application are briefly introduced. The feasibility of applying heat pipe technology to waste heat recovery of small and medium sized spray drying equipment is also discussed.
