[目的]建立一种气相色谱-质谱联用法分离测定驱蚊产品中驱蚊醇、驱蚊油、避蚊胺、驱蚊酯、避蚊酮、驱蚊啶、驱蚊叮共7种驱避剂的分析方法。[方法]采用TG-5MS,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm毛细柱和质谱(EI离子源)检测器,同时测定试样中7种驱避剂的含量。[结果]7种驱避剂在质量浓度1~100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9853~0.9998,方法检出限为0.1×10~(-3)~1.5×10~(-3)mg/L,定量限为0.4×10~(-3)~2.6×10~(-2)mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.0%,平均回收率为104.2%~109.3%。[结论]该方法操作简便、分离效果好、精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定驱蚊产品中7种驱避剂含量。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the separation and determination of repellent, insect repellent oil, DEET, insect repellent, mosquito repellent, mosquito repellent and mosquito repellent in insect repellent products Analysis of the agent. [Method] TG-5MS, 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm capillary column and mass spectrometer (EI ion source) detector were used to determine the content of seven repellents in the sample simultaneously. [Result] The results showed that there was a good linear relationship among the seven kinds of repellents in the concentration range of 1 ~ 100 mg / L with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9853 ~ 0.9998. The detection limits were 0.1 × 10 ~ (-3) ~ 1.5 × 10 ~ -3) mg / L, the limit of quantification was 0.4 × 10 -3 ~ 2.6 × 10 -2 mg / L, the relative standard deviation was 1.3% -3.0%, the average recovery was 104.2% -109.3% . [Conclusion] The method was simple and easy to operate, with good separation effect and high precision and accuracy. The repellent content of 7 repellent products in insect repellent products could be determined rapidly at the same time.
