上世纪八、九十年代国内开始大批使用振动压路机,由于进口液压元件的外汇紧张、价格高,国产的性能差,国内厂家纷纷开始生产机械传动的单钢轮振动压路机。今天机械传动压路机还是以价格低廉占主要市场。液压与机械传动比较,全液压驱动可以简化压路机结构设计,方便部局,合理分配整机重量,可以轻松实现前钢轮驱动,钢轮为主动轮会对压实结果产生重大影响。戴纳派克目前生产的钢轮压路机全部使用主动钢轮设计。
In the 1980s and 1990s, a large number of vibration roller were started to be used in China. Due to the foreign exchange tension of imported hydraulic components, high price and poor domestic performance, domestic manufacturers have started to produce single-drum vibratory roller with mechanical transmission. Today, mechanical transmission roller is still the main market at low prices. Hydraulic and mechanical transmission compared to full hydraulic drive can simplify the roller design, to facilitate the Bureau, the rational distribution of machine weight, can easily be achieved before the drum drive, the drum as the driving wheel will have a significant impact on the compaction results. Dynapac’s current production of drum rollers all use active drum design.
