目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定四维钙片中维生素C、维生素B1和维生素B2含量的方法。方法:采用SHISEIDO C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.05%磷酸溶液(含0.005 mol·L-1己烷磺酸钠)-乙腈(88∶12)为流动相,流速:1.0ml·min-1,检测波长:244 nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:20μl。结果:维生素C、维生素B1和维生素B2的线性范围分别为7.52~90.24μg·ml-1(r=1.000 0),1.32~15.82μg·ml-1(r=1.000 0)和1.27~15.24μg·ml-1(r=1.000 0);平均回收率分别为101.63%、99.77%和100.25%,RSD分别为1.51%、1.48%和1.84%(n=9)。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于四维钙片中维生素C、B1、B2的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of vitamin C, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 in four-dimensional calcium tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of SHISEIDO C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with 0.05% phosphoric acid (containing 0.005 mol·L-1 sodium hexanesulfonate) -acetonitrile (88:12) ml · min-1, detection wavelength: 244 nm, column temperature: 30 ℃, injection volume: 20μl. Results: The linear ranges of vitamin C, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 were 7.52-90.24μg · ml-1 (r = 1.000 0), 1.32-15.82μg · ml-1 (r = 1.000 0) and 1.27-15.24μg · ml-1 (r = 1.000 0). The average recoveries were 101.63%, 99.77% and 100.25%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.51%, 1.48% and 1.84%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of vitamin C, B1 and B2 in four-dimensional calcium tablets.
