推荐了一个系统的方法用于设计三轴线液力机械变速器(HMT)。依据于行星齿轮传动和液体静力学元件(HSU)在输入和输出轴连接位置把三轴HMT分为12个基本的结构。采用网络分析法研究了12种三轴HMT的动力和速度特性。基于对三轴HMT的网络分析的结果,在系统方法方面提供了设计实例,它限于用循环功率和同步离合器操作。所推荐的设计方法在本研究中可以用来开发所需的功率和速度的三轴HMT。
A systematic method is recommended for the design of three-axis hydrodynamic mechanical transmission (HMT). The three-axis HMT is divided into 12 basic configurations based on the planetary gear and hydrostatic elements (HSU) at the input and output shaft connections. The dynamic and velocity characteristics of 12 kinds of triaxial HMTs were studied by using network analysis method. Based on the results of the network analysis of triaxial HMTs, a design example is provided in terms of system approach, which is limited to operation with circulating power and synchronized clutch. The recommended design method is used in this study to develop the triaxial HMT with the required power and speed.
