装载机散热系统温度特性直接影响装载机的动力性、经济性、可靠性及排放环保性,目前装载机散热系统性能研究已成为热点问题。针对某ZL50型轮式装载机工作过程中出现的“过热”现象,对装载机散热系统进行实车测试,并结合理论计算,给出ZL50型轮式装载机工作介质工作温度特性及整车热负荷分布特征,对“过热”现象及散热系统散热能力进行研究由分析可知,产生“过热”现象的主要原因是散热系统没有在工作液体(传动油和液压油)规定工作温度范围内将相应系统产生的热量散发到空气中,生热与散热间的热状态不能满足要求传动系统和液压系统散热能力不足,致使传动油和液压油温度随工作时间一直升高,“过热”严重。进一步的研究目标是在不增加发动机驱动功耗前提下,对影响散热各因素进行理论与试验分析,从结构设计上对散热系统进行改进,提高系统散热效率,为车辆系统节能和智能冷却技术研究奠定基础。
