新编高中生物《必修本》第45页,为验证酶是生物催化剂,设计了淀粉酶消化淀粉的实验。笔者认为此实验有三个弊端:1.实验前准备较困难。如小麦淀粉酶滤液的制取:选取萌发的小麦种子100粒,将芽切下,放入研钵中,加少量石英砂和10mL蒸馏水,研磨以后进行过滤,收集滤液,备用。2.淀粉遇碘可能显紫红色,这与学生已知淀粉遇碘变蓝有偏差。因淀粉由直链淀粉
