我们试用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗糖尿病肾病23例,疗效较好,现报告如下; 临床资料:本文23例具备下列条件:1.符合1980年WHO的糖尿病诊断标准;2.尿蛋白定性三次以上阳性,24小时尿蛋白定量在0.5g以上。尿素氮在12 mmol/L以内;3.排除了其他原因引起的蛋白尿和氮质血症。其中男13例,女10例,年龄29～78岁,病史4～15年,伴浮肿7例,高血压6例。
