The United States has more education spending than any other country, yet its high school graduation rate is at the end of the world. The problem of education is very complex and there is a long way to go. However, the near-central issue is the need to better understand what the real motivations motivate people to pursue in life and invest in the world around them. There are too many adults who do not like their jobs and aimlessly. Of course, there are a lot of people who love their own life and feel that they have to do their job naturally.
