肝脏能合成除因子Ⅲ及因子ⅩⅢ a 链以外的全部凝血因子以及凝血抑制物和纤溶酶原抑制物,并能降解活化的凝血因子及纤溶酶。因此,肝脏在维持凝血系统的正常功能上起着极为重要的作用。本文就近年来肝病凝血障碍发生机理的进展情况介绍如下:一、凝血因子合成减少肝病时凡在肝内合成的凝血因子均可减少,急慢性肝病时Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ和Ⅺ、Ⅻ因子均降低,常以Ⅶ因子降低最显著,甚至轻度肝损伤即可发生凝血因
