在圆柱蜗杆减速器普通优化设计的基础上,根据可靠性设计准则,将各影响因素视为随机变量,建立了圆柱蜗杆减速器的可靠性优化设计的数学模型。并对实例进行了计算,其结果表明了可靠性优化设计的可行性和实用性。
Based on the general optimization design of cylindrical worm reducer, according to the reliability design criterion, the influencing factors are regarded as random variables, and the mathematical model of the optimal design of the reliability of cylindrical worm reducer is established. The examples are calculated and the results show the feasibility and practicability of the reliability optimization design.
