随着我国经济的发展,国民生活水平逐渐提高,社会生产和生活对高速公路建设和管理提出了更高的要求,处在这样一个充满挑战和机遇的新时期,作为高速公路管理体系中的重要方面的人力资源管理逐渐得到更多的重视,这不仅是加强高速公路精细化管理的必经之路,也是提高高速公路管理人员素质和促进高速公路持续良性发展的重要方面。本文从分析高速公路的人力资源管理现状出发,进一步探讨了构建高速公路人力资源管理体系的必要性和途径。
