心理学家D。卡内基曾经说过:“带动别人唯一的方法是,以对方喜好的事作为目标,并且告诉他如何去实现它。”遗憾的是,不少人却与这条哲理背道而驰。作为管理者,如何培养人才,开发职工的能力呢? 要诀有五,它们是: 一、要让职工懂得才能来自于努力。要千方百计启发职工,使其领悟到:人的天赋是相差无几的,卓越的才能是后天磨练出来的。启发他们以几倍于平常的热忱,努力不懈地工作。使他们对自己产生稳定的信心。二、活用“等价变换原理”培养创造力。
Psychologist D. Carnegie once said: “The only way to drive others is to target the other party’s preferences and tell him how to achieve it.” Unfortunately, many people run counter to this philosophy. As a manager, how to cultivate talents and develop the staff’s ability? There are five things to know. They are: First, let employees understand that talent comes from hard work. Every effort must be made to inspire workers to realize that the talents of human beings are almost the same, and that outstanding talents are trained. Inspiring them to work tirelessly with several times the usual enthusiasm. Make them have a stable confidence in themselves. Second, use “equivalent transformation principle” to cultivate creativity.
