目的 探讨亚临界水色谱法用填充柱和毛细管柱分离中、高极性化合物的色谱规律。方法 用氢焰离子化检测器 (FID)分别在填充柱和毛细管柱上建立了亚临界水色谱系统。在C18柱上分离了 6种不同的醇 ,考察了温度变化对不同极性醇类色谱行为的影响 ;在毛细管柱上 ,考察了温度和压力变化对苯甲酸和人参Rg1色谱行为的影响。结果 温度升高 ,流动相的极性降低 ,被分离组分的保留时间缩短 ,峰形变窄 ,拖尾改善。结论 程序升温可以选择性地分离不同极性的化合物 ;毛细管柱更具耐热性 ,可以扩展温度的使用范围 OBJECTIVE To investigate the chromatographic behavior of medium and high polar compounds by packed column and capillary column in subcritical water chromatography. Methods A subcritical water chromatography system was set up on a packed column and a capillary column using a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID). Six different alcohols were separated on a C18 column. The effects of temperature on the chromatographic behavior of different polar alcohols were investigated. On the capillary column, the effects of temperature and pressure on the chromatographic behavior of benzoic acid and ginsenoside Rg1 were investigated. As a result, the temperature increased, the polarity of the mobile phase decreased, the retention time of the separated components shortened, the peak shape became narrower, and the tailing improved. Conclusion Temperature programmed for the selective separation of compounds of different polarity; capillary column is more heat-resistant, can extend the use of temperature range
