目的 用1 8F 脱氧葡萄糖 (1 8F FDG)PET显像和SPM软件研究分析肿瘤患者脑局部葡萄糖代谢的变化。方法 研究对象为 2 0例确诊为无脑疾患的恶性肿瘤患者和 2 0例健康志愿者。1 8F FDG PET显像后 ,用统计参数显像 (SPM)法比较分析肿瘤患者和健康志愿者脑葡萄糖代谢的差别。结果 SPM分析显示肿瘤患者的的脑岛、松果体、顶叶皮质、小脑蚓部、颞叶和前额叶都表现为不同程度的葡萄糖代谢低下。结论 肿瘤病人的抑郁表现与脑葡萄糖代谢降低相关 ,SPM方法是一种客观和直观的分析脑功能性变化的工具。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of glucose metabolism in the brain of cancer patients by using 18F FDG PET imaging and SPM software. Methods The subjects were 20 patients with malignant tumors diagnosed as having no brain disorders and 20 healthy volunteers. After 8F FDG PET imaging, differences in brain glucose metabolism between cancer patients and healthy volunteers were compared by statistical parametric imaging (SPM). Results SPM analysis showed that the insulinoma, pineal gland, parietal cortex, cerebellar vermis, temporal lobe and prefrontal cortex in patients with cancer all showed different degrees of glucose metabolism. Conclusions Depression in cancer patients is associated with a decrease in cerebral glucose metabolism. The SPM method is an objective and intuitive tool for analyzing functional changes in the brain.
