铸坯力学计算中,存在多种弯曲、矫直方式,重点针对连续弯曲矫直设计,外弧曲线确定时的两种不同方式:曲率连续和曲率导数连续的不同进行阐述,在此基础上定义了连续弯曲矫直和光滑弯曲矫直的概念,分别比较两种不同弯曲矫直方式对力学计算结果的影响。结果表明,连续弯曲矫直方式下辊子受力大于光滑弯曲矫直方式,从力学和设备方面考虑,在进行连铸机外弧曲线设计时,推荐使用光滑矫直曲线。
There are many bending and straightening ways in the calculation of slab mechanics. The two different ways of continuous curve straightening design and outer arc curve determination are focused on: the continuous of curvatures and the continuity of curvature derivative are described, on the basis of which, The concepts of continuous bend straightening and smooth bend straightening are compared respectively, and the effects of two different straightening methods on the mechanical calculation results are compared respectively. The results show that the force of the roller under the continuous bending straightening method is greater than that of the smooth straightening method. From the aspects of mechanics and equipment, it is recommended to use the smooth straightening curve when designing the outer arc curve of the continuous casting machine.
