近日,十二届全国人大常委会第十四次会议通过了新修订的《食品安全法》。这部经全国人大常委会两次审议、三易其稿,并被冠以“史上最严”的《食品安全法》将为“舌尖上的安全”带来哪些新的保障,这里略作解读。1.明确六种需要评估情形为提前发现食品安全风险,新《食品安全法》专设一章规定食品安全风险监测和评估。该法第十八条规定:有下列情形之一的,应当进行食品安全风险评估:(一)通过食品安全风险
