从1978中国开始重新摸索新的经济增长方式以来已经过去了30多年,虽然摸着石头过河的改革步伐看似磕磕绊绊,中国从计划经济时期的完全否认市场,到改革开放后的部分承认市场,到邓小平同志南巡讲话后的完全承认市场,经过的几代人的努力,至今已经取得了巨大的成就。但从一开始对于公有制的社会主义能不能建立起市场经济的争论声音就不绝于耳,而在市场经济已经相对成熟的今天,又出现了很多关于市场经济环境中公有制是否还有存在的意义的声音。今天我们就来分析一下这个问题。 More than 30 years have elapsed since 1978 when China started to rediscover the new mode of economic growth. Although the pace of the reform that touched the stones seemed to be stumbling across the board, China totally acknowledged the market from the period of complete denial in the planned economy to that after the reform and opening up. The thorough recognition of the market after Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour speech has achieved tremendous achievements so far through the efforts of several generations. However, from the very beginning, the argument that public-owned socialism can establish a market economy can not be ignored. At a time when the market economy is relatively mature, many voices have emerged about whether public ownership exists in the market economy. Today we will analyze this issue.
