Long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) lacks a complete open reading frame and has no protein coding function. Its transcript length exceeds 200 nt ~ ([1]) and occupies a large proportion of total noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs). The imbalance of lncRNA is closely related to human diseases. The current lncRNA research covers the physiological and pathological processes of diseases such as nervous system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and tumors. Cerebral ischemia is extremely harmful and has a high case fatality rate. Most surviving patients leave lifelong disabilities. With the present
