目的:探讨食道癌对患者肺功能的影响程度,为围手术期的临床治疗提供参考。方法:将我院2010年1月至2011年12月收治的食道癌患者和健康体检者分为实验组(n=51)和对照组(n=36),比较两组肺功能检查结果。结果:实验组均有不同程度的肺功能下降,其第一秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量之比(FEV1/FVC)、最大呼气中期流量(MMEF%)、用力肺活量(余25%)时呼气流速(V25%)均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与正常对照组相比,食道癌患者均有不同程度肺功能下降,术前、术后需加强观察护理,以降低食道癌患者术后肺部并发症发生的风险。
Objective: To investigate the influence of esophageal cancer on lung function in patients with perioperative period to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods: Patients with esophageal cancer and physical examination admitted from January 2010 to December 2011 in our hospital were divided into experimental group (n = 51) and control group (n = 36). The pulmonary function test results were compared between the two groups. Results: The experimental group had different degrees of pulmonary function decline, the first second forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity ratio (FEV1 / FVC), the maximum expiratory flow (MMEF%), forced vital capacity (more than 25%) The expiratory flow rate (V25%) was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the normal control group, patients with esophageal cancer have decreased pulmonary function to varying degrees. Nursing should be strengthened before and after operation to reduce the risk of postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with esophageal cancer.
