本文首次报告1组(19例)特殊类型的组织细胞瘤。患者平均年龄43岁(24～63岁),女11例,男8例。皮损除1例发生于肩部外,其余均见于四肢,其中下肢14例,上肢3例,最常见于大腿。多数皮损表现为高出皮面界限清楚的圆形或息肉状的结节或丘疹,直径约0.5～1.5cm,表面光滑。约半数皮损具有丰富的血管,以致部分病例曾疑为化脓性肉芽肿。皮损出现时间数月至3年不等。除 This article first reported a special type of histiocytoma in group 1 (19 cases). The average age of the patients was 43 years (24-63 years), 11 were females and 8 were males.
