战略型领导行为是否会通过劳资关系氛围中介作用对员工工作态度产生影响?文章以315名员工及对应领导者为研究样本,采用结构方程模型方法探析战略型领导行为、员工工作态度与劳资关系氛围各维度之间的关系。研究表明:战略型领导行为通过劳资关系氛围作为中介变量对员工工作态度具有显著影响作用;劳资关系氛围中的和谐性、即时性和冷漠性三个维度在战略型领导行为与员工工作态度之间起到了中介作用;任务导向和关系导向的战略型领导行为对劳资关系氛围和员工工作态度的不同维度产生影响作用的路径具有差异性。
Whether the strategic leadership behavior will affect employees’ working attitude through the intermediary role of the relationship between employers and employees? Based on the sample of 315 employees and their corresponding leaders, this paper uses the method of structural equation modeling to analyze the relationship between strategic leadership behavior, employee attitude and labor-management relationship The relationship between the various dimensions. The research shows that strategic leadership behavior has a significant influence on employees’ work attitude through the relationship between employers and employees as an intermediary variable. The three dimensions of harmony, immediateness and indifference in the atmosphere of labor-management relationship have a significant impact on the work attitude between strategic leadership and employee. Played an intermediary role; task-oriented and relationship-oriented strategic leadership led to differences in the ways in which labor-management relations and employees’ attitudes toward work varied in different dimensions.
