目的了解妊娠早期甲状腺功能与促绒膜促毛性腺激素 (HCG)的关系。方法用放免或免放方法测定 39例正常孕妇妊娠早期血清FT3 、FT4 、TSH及HCG水平。结果妊娠早期血清FT3 、FT4 在正常范围偏高 ,血清TSH水平正常偏低 ,且有 30 77%低于正常范围 ,血清hGC水平较非妊娠育龄妇女显著升高 ;HGC与FT3 、FT4 呈正直线相关关系 (r=0 30 2 ,P <0 0 5 ,及r=0 498,P <0 0 1) ,而与TSH呈负直线相关关系 (r =0 331,P <0 0 5 )。结论提示妊娠早期hCG对垂体—甲状腺轴有一定的调节作用。
Objective To understand the relationship between thyroid function and pro-chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in early gestation. Methods The serum levels of FT3, FT4, TSH and HCG in 39 normal pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy were determined by radioimmunoassay or immunoassay. Results Serum levels of FT3 and FT4 in early pregnancy were high in the normal range and serum TSH levels were generally low, with 30 77% lower than the normal range, serum hGC levels were significantly higher than non-pregnant women of childbearing age; HGC was positively correlated with FT3 and FT4 (R = 0302, P <0 05, r = 0 498, P 0 01), but negatively correlated with TSH (r 0 331, P 0 05). Conclusions suggest that hCG in early pregnancy has a certain regulatory effect on the pituitary-thyroid axis.
