目的：探讨宫颈癌、卵巢癌患者白细胞和癌细胞体外抗癌药物敏感性的相关性。方法：用ＭＴＴ法，体外测定了宫颈癌（１７例）和卵巢癌（１８例）患者白细胞和癌细胞抗癌药物敏感性。结果：卵巢癌患者白细胞和癌细胞的药敏率没有显著差异、相关性好。结论：宫颈癌患者白细胞对５ＦＵ、ＤＤＰ、ＰＹＭ、ＣＴＸ、ＭＴＸ、ＶＣＲ药敏率均低于癌细胞，有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the in vitro anti-cancer drug sensitivity of leukocytes and cancer cells in patients with cervical cancer and ovarian cancer. METHODS: Anti-cancer drug sensitivity of white blood cells and cancer cells in cervical cancer (17 cases) and ovarian cancer (18 cases) was measured in vitro by MTT assay. Results: There was no significant difference in the drug-sensitivity rate between leukocytes and cancer cells in ovarian cancer patients. Conclusion: The sensitivity rate of WBC to 5FU, DDP, PYM, CTX, MTX, and VCR in patients with cervical cancer is lower than that in cancer cells, and there is a very significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01).
