新课改之初,县市一级的教研工作从课改理念到工作模式都难以适应新的要求,有人因此怀疑教研室是否还有存在的必要,教研部门处于十分尴尬的地位。其实,对于基础教育,尤其是县市以下的农村基础教育来讲,推进课程改革,必须有一个相对稳定的研究机构和相对专业的研究队伍来加以组织、策划和指导。基层教研室应抓住新课改的机遇,加快工作职能的转型,努力开创教育工作新局面。 At the beginning of the new curriculum reform, the teaching and research work at the county and city level was difficult to adapt to the new requirements from the idea of ​​curriculum reform to the work mode.
