新课改之初,县市一级的教研工作从课改理念到工作模式都难以适应新的要求,有人因此怀疑教研室是否还有存在的必要,教研部门处于十分尴尬的地位。其实,对于基础教育,尤其是县市以下的农村基础教育来讲,推进课程改革,必须有一个相对稳定的研究机构和相对专业的研究队伍来加以组织、策划和指导。基层教研室应抓住新课改的机遇,加快工作职能的转型,努力开创教育工作新局面。
At the beginning of the new curriculum reform, the teaching and research work at the county and city level was difficult to adapt to the new requirements from the idea of curriculum reform to the work mode. Some people doubted whether the teaching and research section still needed to exist. The teaching and research department was in a very embarrassing position. In fact, for basic education, especially for rural basic education below the county level, to promote curriculum reform, we must have a relatively stable research institution and a relatively professional research team to organize, plan and guide. The grass-roots teaching and research section should seize the opportunity of the new curriculum reform, accelerate the transformation of work functions, and strive to create a new situation in education.
