目的对三七皂苷缓释微球(PNS-SRM)的理化性质进行研究。方法采用粒径测定、扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积测定、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、溶出度测定等手段研究PNS-SRM的理化性质。结果 PNS-SRM与物理混合物相比,在IR、DSC、XRD上有显著差异。PNS-SRM具有明显的缓释效应。结论 PNS-SRM中壳聚糖、丙烯酸树脂和三七皂甘(PNS)之间发生了分子间作用,有新晶形生成。
Objective To study the physicochemical properties of notoginsenoside-releasing microspheres (PNS-SRM). Methods The physicochemical properties of PNS-SRM were studied by means of particle size determination, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), specific surface area measurement, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), infrared spectroscopy (IR), X-ray diffraction nature. Results PNS-SRM showed significant differences in IR, DSC and XRD compared to the physical mixtures. PNS-SRM has a significant sustained-release effect. Conclusions The intermolecular interaction between chitosan, acrylic resin and PNS in PNS-SRM occurred and a new crystal form was formed.
