野外地质实践教学是培养新型地学人才的关键环节,对于提高本科生观察及分析地质现象具有不可替代的作用。在地质教学中初步培养学生从定量的角度认识地质现象,能够加深对地质现象与地质规律的认识,从而启发学生的创新思维。本文以周口店实践教学为例,从定量描述地质现象、定量刻画地质规律以及地质工作方法的定量化数字填图等方面探讨了教学过程中对定量地学思维的初步培养,以达到提高学生学习积极性的目的。
Field geology practice teaching is to cultivate a new type of geosciences key link, for improving undergraduate observation and analysis of geological phenomenon has an irreplaceable role. In the teaching of geology, students are initially trained to recognize the geological phenomenon quantitatively, which can deepen the cognition of the geological phenomenon and geology rules, so as to inspire students’ creative thinking. Taking Zhoukoudian practical teaching as an example, this paper discusses the initial cultivation of quantitative geoscience thinking in the process of teaching from quantitative description of geological phenomena, quantitative characterization of geological laws and quantitative digital mapping of geological working methods in order to improve students’ enthusiasm for learning purpose.
