目的研究p19抑癌基因在人睾丸肿瘤中的表达并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法对31例人睾丸肿瘤组织和20例人正常睾丸组织石蜡标本中p19的表达进行检测比较,并作统计学分析。结果31例睾丸肿瘤组织中p19无阳性表达。20例正常睾丸组织中p19阳性表达19例,阴性表达1例,阳性率95.5%。两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论p19抑癌基因表达缺失可能与睾丸肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。
Objective To study the expression of p19 suppressor gene in human testicular tumor and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect and compare the expression of p19 in 31 human testicular tumor tissues and 20 normal human testis tissue paraffin specimens and make statistical analysis. Results There was no positive expression of p19 in 31 cases of testicular tumor. 19 cases were positive for p19 in 20 cases of normal testis, and 1 case was negative, the positive rate was 95.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion The lack of expression of p19 suppressor gene may be closely related to the development of testicular tumor.
