信息产业属于新兴的产业。由于信息的复杂程度、效用等不同,其包含的劳动量有多有少,即价值有大有小。信息具有价值和使用价值这两个构成商品所必需的前提条件,当它在隐性或显形市场上交换时,信息就成了商品。但是信息商品和通常意义上的物质商品在商品特征、价格形成、定价策略等方面又有很大的不同。
Information industry belongs to emerging industry.
