目的:建立快速准确的检测出紫河车中的常见掺伪物种的方法。方法:采用Taq-man实时荧光定量PCR法,以常见掺伪动物猪、牛、羊的特异性基因作为引物,对紫河车及掺伪样品进行定性研究。结果:该法可准确鉴别紫河车掺伪品中的猪、牛、羊物种,3个物种间以及与人之间均无交叉反应,3个掺伪物种的最小检出浓度分别为3.313、3.375、3.281μg/g。结论:所建立的方法具有灵敏度高、特异性强、稳定性好、准确度高和检测快速的优点,可用于紫河车中猪、牛、羊掺伪的定性鉴别。
Objective: To establish a rapid and accurate method for detecting common adulterated species in the Placenta. Methods: The Taq-man real-time PCR method was used to qualitatively study the samples of adzuki car and adulteration using the specific genes of commonly adulterated pigs, cattle and sheep as primers. Results: The method can accurately identify the pigs, cattle and sheep in the adulterated product of the placenta. There is no cross-reaction between the three species and between humans. The minimum detectable concentrations of the three adulterated species are 3.313, 3.375, 3.281 μg / g. Conclusion: The established method has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong specificity, good stability, high accuracy and rapid detection. It can be used to identify the adulteration of pigs, cattle and sheep in the car.
