为研究不同柑橘品种对柑橘黄脉病毒(Citrus yellow vein clearing virus,CYVCV)变异的影响,将CYVCV毒株CQ01嫁接接种于4类共35个柑橘品种,对不同植株中CYVCV的衣壳蛋白(CP)基因进行分析,结果发现仅有少数位点发生了变异。运用RT-qPCR技术检测不同柑橘品种中CYVCV的相对含量,发现甜橙类品种中CYVCV的相对含量最高,墨西哥来檬中CYVCV的相对含量最低。植株中CYVCV的含量与其症状不存在明显的关联。
In order to study the effect of different citrus varieties on the variation of Citrus yellow vein clearing virus (CYVCV), the CYVCV strain CQ01 was inoculated into 35 citrus varieties of four types and the CYPVV capsid protein (CP ) Gene was analyzed and found that only a few sites have mutated. The relative contents of CYVCV in different citrus cultivars were detected by RT-qPCR. The relative content of CYVCV in sweet orange cultivars was the highest, while the relative content of CYVCV in Mexican citrus was the lowest. There is no clear correlation between the content of CYVCV and its symptoms in plants.
