本文着重介绍了超声波对金属塑性加工时的金相组织的作用.例举了纯钛丝、铁铬铝合金丝、韧性银三锡超导丝及H_(68)黄铜毛细管等材料经超声波加工后,对金相组织的影响,且和相对应的常规加工之丝材的金相组织进行对比.对所得的结果进行了初步的讨论.
This paper focuses on the role of ultrasonic waves on the microstructure of metal during plastic working.Examples of pure titanium wire, iron-chromium aluminum alloy wire, tough silver three tin superconducting wire and H_ (68) brass capillary and other materials by ultrasonic processing The influence on the microstructure was compared with that of the corresponding conventional wire processing.The results of the preliminary study were discussed.
