目的了解上海市杨浦区白纹伊蚊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为科学开展灭蚊工作提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法,测定Ⅳ龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC_(50)),并与敏感品系进行比较得出抗性倍数。结果上海市杨浦区白纹伊蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威和双硫磷5种药物的抗药性倍数分别为53.93、40.25、14.91、15.33和9.13倍。结论上海市杨浦区白纹伊蚊对常用5种杀虫剂产生不同程度的抗药性,其中对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯产生高抗性,高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威中抗性,双硫磷低抗性。应加强常用杀虫剂的抗药性监测,科学合理使用杀虫剂,预防与减缓杀虫剂抗药性的产生和发展。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Aedes albopictus to five kinds of commonly used insecticides in Yangpu District of Shanghai and provide a scientific basis for the scientific development of mosquito control. Methods The median lethal concentration (LC_ (50)) of larvae of stage Ⅳ was determined by larvae immersion method. The resistance multiple was obtained by comparing with the susceptible strain. Results The resistance rates of 5 isolates of Aedes albopictus to permethrin, deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, propoxur and diphtheria in Yangpu District of Shanghai were 53.93, 40.25, 14.91, 15.33 and 9.13 times respectively. Conclusion Aedes albopictus in Yangpu district of Shanghai had different levels of resistance to five kinds of insecticides commonly used. Among them, high resistance to cypermethrin and deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, Low resistance. Should strengthen the commonly used insecticide resistance monitoring, scientific and rational use of pesticides, prevention and mitigation of pesticide resistance and the emergence and development.
