目的应用锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)研究新疆维吾尔族(维族)成年人上颌前牙区牙槽骨形态特征。方法非牙周组织病维族成年人85例(510颗上颌前牙),行CBCT检查后测量上颌前牙唇侧、腭侧牙槽骨厚度,分析上颌前牙牙根与牙槽骨矢状向位置关系。结果上颌前牙牙根矢状向位置主要为一类(占88.83%),其次为四类(占8.04%)和二类(占3.33%),未发现三类;上颌前牙唇侧根尖部牙槽骨厚度大于牙槽骨嵴顶下方2mm和根中部,且牙槽骨嵴顶下方2mm大于根中部(P<0.05);上颌前牙腭侧根尖部牙槽骨厚度大于根中部和牙槽骨嵴顶下方2mm,且根中部大于牙槽骨嵴顶下方2mm(P<0.05);上颌前牙唇侧骨嵴顶下方2mm牙槽骨厚度>1.0~1.5mm者占56.67%,≤1.0mm者占23.53%,>1.5~2.0 mm者占17.84%,>2.0 mm者占1.96%;根中部牙槽骨厚度≤1.0 mm者占66.08%,>1.0~1.5mm者占29.61%,>1.5~2.0 mm者占3.92%,>2.0 mm者占0.39%;根尖部牙槽骨厚度>2.0mm者占56.47%,>1.0~1.5mm者占20.20%,>1.5~2.0mm者占17.45%,≤1.0mm者占5.88%。结论新疆维族成年人上颌前牙牙根矢状向位置多为偏向唇侧,唇、腭侧牙槽骨骨壁厚度存在差异,唇侧牙槽骨骨壁较薄。
Objective To study the morphological characteristics of alveolar bone in the anterior maxilla of Uygur (Uygur) adults in Xinjiang by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods Eighty-five Uigurian adults (510 maxillary anterior teeth) with non-periodontal disease were enrolled in this study. The thickness of the labial and palatal alveolar bone were measured by CBCT. The sagittal position of the root and alveolar bone in maxillary anterior teeth was analyzed. relationship. Results The sagittal position of maxillary anterior teeth was mainly in one type (88.83%), followed by four types (8.04%) and the second type (3.33%). Three types of maxillary anterior teeth were not found. The thickness of the osteotome was greater than 2 mm below the crest of the alveolar bone and middle of the root, and 2 mm below the crest of the alveolar bone was greater than that of the middle of the root (P <0.05). The thickness of the alveolar bone at the apical portion of the maxillary anterior palatal was greater than that at the middle root and alveolar bone 2mm below the crest and 2mm below the crest of the alveolar bone in the middle of the crest (P <0.05). The thickness of the alveolar bone below the crest of the maxillary anterior labium was 1.02mm Accounting for 23.53%; those with> 1.5-2.0 mm accounted for 17.84%; those with> 2.0 mm accounted for 1.96%; those with alveolar bone thickness 1.0 mm or less accounted for 66.08%; those with> 1.0-1.5 mm accounted for 29.61%; those with> 1.5-2.0 mm accounted for 3.92%,> 2.0 mm accounted for 0.39%; apical alveolar bone thickness> 2.0mm accounted for 56.47%,> 1.0 ~ 1.5mm accounted for 20.20%,> 1.5 ~ 2.0mm accounted for 17.45%, ≤ 1.0mm accounted for 5.88%. Conclusions The sagittal position of the maxillary anterior teeth in Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region is mostly toward the labial side. There are differences in the thickness of the alveolar bone between the labial and palatal sides, and the alveolar bone in the labial side is thin.
