Nearly a hundred years of a large number of clinical and experimental studies, did not find out the cause of acute pancreatitis and early changes in the clinical manifestations caused by cell changes. Due to the difficulty of clinical research, several experimental models of pancreatitis have been established. Recent studies suggest that circulating endocholesteroleukins (CCKs) play a role in the non-pancreatic secretion-dependent acute pancreatitis model and are now a hot research topic. However, the relationship between pathological changes caused by endogenous CCK and excessive stimulation of choline is unclear. The authors sought to determine the role of CCK in natural circulation in choline-induced pancreatitis and the role of CCK receptor blockers.
