用免疫组织化学的方法研究了大鼠中缝核及其邻近网状结构的细胞构筑,5-羟色胺免疫阳性细胞见于以下核团:中缝大核、中缝隐核、中缝苍白核、中缝背核、中缝脑桥核、巨细胞网状核和外侧网状核。其中中缝大核、巨细胞网状核和外侧网状核的神经元突起多在脑干横断面上连结成网,而中缝脑桥核和中缝背核在脑干横断面上的突起却很少。对中缝核群及其邻近网状结构5-羟色胺能神经元的细胞构筑和功能的关系进行了讨论。
Immunohistochemistry was used to study the cell construction of the septal nuclei and their adjacent reticular structures in rat. Serotonin-immunopositive cells were found in the following nuclei: mesencephalic mesenchyme, synostosis, paleotape, meridian dorsal raphe, Pontine nucleus, giant cell reticular nucleus and lateral reticular nucleus. Most of the neurons in the mesocarp, giant cell mesh, and lateral reticular nuclei are connected to form a network in the transverse section of the brain stem. However, there are few prominences in the transverse section of the brain stem in the midapapillary nucleus and dorsal raphe. The relationship between the cell architecture and function of serotonergic nucleus and its adjacent serotonergic serotonergic neurons was discussed.
