本文对钴(Ⅱ)在悬汞电极上的微分电位溶出法测定进行了研究.在NH_3/NH_4Cl介质中钴(Ⅱ)与丁二肟(DMG,以A表示)生成配合物Co(Ⅱ)A_2,在-1.20V(vs.SCE,下同)能在汞电极上吸附,同时迅速地还原为Co(o)(Hg).然后用溶解氧将Co(o)氧化为Co(Ⅱ).根据氧化过程的微分电位溶出曲线测定钢铁样品中微量钴,测定线性范围为0.5ng~0.2μg/ml,检测下限达0.1ng/ml.同时研究了电极过程.
