根据开放式的体系结构设计思想,开发出基于STD工控机的用于变传动比齿轮滚齿加工的新型CNC系统。介绍系统的结构、特点与关键技术,该CNC系统可实现多种齿轮的在线参数编程、仿真、多轴伺服闭环控制、CNC实时直接插补加工以及加工过程的动态跟踪显示,具有高的加工精度、效率与柔性。
According to the design concept of open architecture, a new CNC system based on STD industrial control machine for variable gear ratio gear hobbing was developed. The structure, characteristics and key technologies of the system are introduced. The CNC system can realize on-line parameter programming, simulation of multiple gears, closed loop control of multi-axis servo system, direct real-time interpolation of CNC and dynamic tracking of machining process with high machining accuracy , Efficiency and flexibility.
