微丸作为多单元给药制剂在临床应用中具有很多优点,而微丸型片剂更成为工业药剂学研究中的热点。微丸型片剂具有提高生物利用度、减少用药剂量和减轻不良反应等诸多优点。但包衣微丸受压后衣膜易破裂、压片过程中容易出现分层等因素限制了微丸压片技术的广泛应用。本文综述了包衣微丸压片的优势和难点,讨论了影响微丸压片的一些关键影响因素,包括丸芯、包衣膜材料、填充辅料和制备工艺等,并介绍了国内外有关微丸压片技术的研究进展,为推动微丸压片技术的工业化应用提供一些参考。
Pellets as multi-unit preparation have many advantages in clinical application, and pellet-type tablets have become the focus of industrial pharmaceutical research. Pellet-type tablets have many advantages such as improving bioavailability, reducing dosage and alleviating adverse reactions. However, the coating of the pellets under pressure after the film is easy to break, prone to delamination during the tabletting and other factors limiting the pellet tablet technology widely used. In this paper, the advantages and difficulties of coated pellets were reviewed. Some key influencing factors of pellets were discussed, including pellets, coating materials, filling materials and preparation techniques, Pill tablet technology research progress, to promote the application of pellet tablet technology in industrial applications provide some reference.
